The sparkling wine is obtained from a careful selection of hand-picked Trebbiano grapes.
Straw yellow in color, it has fresh floral aromas, with notes of red apple and white peach and a pleasant acidity.
Ideal to accompany all dishes.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Aging: on the lysis for about 3 months, 10 months on the lees after autoclaving.
